• Transfers to and from Diagoras airport in Rhodes to Villa Panagos in Faliraki. It takes about 25 minutes from the airport to Villa Panagos. The transfer applies on 19/5 and 26/5. It doesn't matter what time you arrive on 19/5 - our driver will be waiting at the airport and take you to Villa Panagos - or what time you fly back on 26/5.

• ​Accommodation in Villa Panagos, 7 nights 8 days, shared room

• The painting group has the entire Villa Panago area and house at their disposal this week - private for the painting group

• Dinners *6, Breakfast *7

• Excursion/painting and photography to the village of Koskinou - transport, t/r

• Afternoon excursion with own bus and english speaking licensed guide and dinner at selected tavern/restaurant

• "Greek Night", Villa Panagos with  live Greek Traditional Music

• Drinks are included with all meals

• No shared transports - we always have our own bus

• Masonite board in different size, water "buckets", light movable tables that can be raised and lowered. 

• Large outdoor studio at your disposal. Electrical outlets in the outdoor painting area, as well as toilets.

• Gymnastics mats  - if wanted

• WiFi (all rooms have their own router and all rooms at Villa Panagos), and AC 

• Mosquito nets in all windows and balcony. Blackout curtains.

• Towels and bed linen. Air conditioning is included in the price.

• Service in Swedish - English all week, and cheerful mood!

• Taxes, parking fees and other fees

• The organizer's services/service in Swedish/English 24 hours a day. We are also in direct contact with hospitals and/or doctors should this be necessary.

• Check what is included in your home insurance before you go, if not take out travel insurance

• This trip is not specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility

• Let us know when you register if you are allergic . If you need special food, a doctor's certificate is required.

This course is exclusive of airfare. Airlines often change flight schedules and sometimes cancel flights altogether. Such events are beyond our control and airlines are not obliged to offer compensation.

Greece is a member of the European Union. Citizens of Australia do not require a visa for tourist stays of up to 90 days. Citizens of other non-EU countries should check visa requirements with the relevant consulates.

​

Terms & Conditions

If we cancel the tour:

We might decide to cancel the tour if at any time up to eight weeks before there were insufficient bookings for it to be viable. We would refund everything you had paid to us. We may also cancel a tour if hostilities, civil unrest, natural disaster or other circumstances amounting to force majeure affect the region to which the tour was due to go.​

If you cancel;

In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the start, the full price will be charged. The registration fee, 200euro is non refundable.

If you cancel your booking in a double/twin room but are travelling with a companion who chooses to continue to participate on the tour, the companion will be liable to pay the stipulated single supplement.

We take as the day of cancellation that on which we receive written confirmation of cancellation
